研究方向
●微生物天然产物生物合成途径的解析与药物创新
以具有重要基础和应用价值的微生物天然产物为研究对象,从分子遗传学、生物化学及合成生物学的角度探索其生物合成机理,并回答其中蕴藏的关键科学问题,为新药创制提供精确的分子装配线路图。同时,通过代谢途径的理性设计和定向优化,有的放矢地改造天然产物生物合成途径,实现微生物药物的高产和创新。
●基因编辑新技术的探究与应用
聚焦于基因编辑机制的探索和工具的开发,并综合运用基因编辑技术对靶向基因(簇)进行高效克隆和精准编辑。
